As well as Acupuncture our treatments involve a combined approach and could include the following:

How often are sessions recommended?

Everyone responds differently to treatment. Some conditions will require more attention then others. Some patients respond fast but on average we schedule 1-2 treatments per week for 2-3 weeks for Acute Pain Conditions or Sports Injuries, and then reduce sessions as progress continues.

Chronic Conditions can include 1 treatment per week for 4-6 weeks. We often recommend maintenance treatments especially for repetitive strain injuries, patients on computers consistently or athletes.
