What other services do you offer?
Along with Acupuncture for health conditions we also offer herbal remedies and nutritional counseling. cupping, gua-sha, massage and other healing techniques based on the individuals needs.
What are the needles like?
Acupuncture needles are small and hair-thin. The end of an acupuncture needle is smooth and rounded. Only sterile, disposable needles are used, so there is no risk of infection.
How often should I be treated?
Treatment depends on the duration, severity and nature of the condition being treated - a customized treatment plan will be created for you at your first appointment. An acute condition may only need two to three treatments, while chronic conditions may take more time. Typically, patients are treated once a week. If the condition is acute and painful, more frequent treatments may be recommended. Eventually, patients need less frequent treatments and may receive them periodically for maintenance.
Do you take Insurance and/or Health Savings Accounts?
Yes- Check with your insurance provider to find out if your
policy covers acupuncture,
and how many visits you are allotted per
year. You can also email me at amandaantonetti@gmail.com with your
insurance information along with date of birth and I can have my billing
company check on your acupuncture benefits. If you have a Health
Savings Account you can be reimbursed for acupuncture coverage. I will
provide you with the necessary receipt.
Do you take Workers Comp, Auto Injury and Personal Injury cases?
Yes - my
billing company will guide us on all necessary information needed and
bill accordingly.
What is the cost if I am not covered by Insurance?
For those not covered by insurance, the cost may vary
depending on services performed, please call for further details, but
you can estimate $120 for an initial visit and $80 for subsequent
treatments. We accept Cash, Check, Debit, Visa and MasterCard.
Do you offer a discount for groups?
Yes. Please call to discuss eligibility for family or group rates for a business.
